Processing Time

Processing time is the amount of time it takes for our staff to pick, pack, and ship your order. 98% of orders placed before 3:00 PM PST can be processed and shipped that day; however, certain items do take longer. Please reference the "Estimated delivery date" links on item pages for individual processing times.

Expedited Services (Next & Two Day)

Orders shipped via our expedited services are guaranteed to arrive either one or two business days after leaving our warehouse, depending on the level of service you select. Please note, this does not mean all Next Day shipments will arrive the day after you order them. Please consult the processing time of the product you're interested in ordering to determine the total delivery time.
