Please Note

ORDERS SHIPPED BETWEEN OCTOBER 21st AND NOVEMBER 1st ARE FINAL SALES. THEY CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

Warranties

We reserve the right to defer all damaged or defective items to the manufacturer when covered by warranty.

Exchanging Your Order

  • Most items can be exchanged within 30 days of order date
  • Used items are not elligible for exchange
  • Customers are responsible for any pricing differences
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping charges
  • All exchanges must be authorized and accompanied by an RMA [Return Merchandise Authorization] number
  • To exchange your order please call or email our customer service department to receive authorization and return instructions
  • All exchanges must be post-marked within 3 days of the RMA being issued
  • All exchanges must be marked with an RMA# to receive priority processing

Receiving a Refund

  • Most items can be returned for refund within 7 days of receipt
  • Used items are not elligible for return
  • All domestic orders returned for refund are subject to a 25% restocking fee
  • International orders are subject to a 50% restocking fee
  • Shipping and freight charges are non-refundable
  • All returns must be authorized and must be accompanied by an RMA [Return Merchandise Authorization] number
  • In addition to restock fee returns without RMA # may be subject to $25 fee
  • To return your order please call or email our customer service department to receive authorization and return instructions
  • All returns must be post-marked within 3 days of the RMA being issued

Defective, Mis-Shipped, and Items Damaged in Transit

All costumes may be subject to minor cosmetic variations from vendor provided photos. Such discrepancies are held to be minor and do not reflect any difference in quality or style from the costume pictured. Minor variations from photo do not warrant a return.

  • Defective, damaged, and mis-shipped items are entitled to exchange
  • Customers must notify Brands on Sale within 48 hours of receipt of defective or incorrect merchandise
  • Failure to notify Brands on Sale within 48 hours will result in denial of return/exchange

Late Deliveries

  • Expedited orders received late because of Brands on Sale error may be returned for a full refund
  • Items must be un-opened and un-used
  • Ground shipments do not have a guaranteed delivery time and are subject to restocking fees
  • All returns must be marked with an RMA#
  • All returns & exchanges must be post-marked within 3 days of the RMA being issued
  • All refused delivery and returns without RMA# are subject to restocking fees

Refused/Undeliverable Orders & Un-Authorized Returns

  • All refused or undeliverable orders as well as unauthorized returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee if domestic
  • International orders that are refused or undeliverable are subject to a 50% restocking fee
  • Shipping charges are not elligible for refund
  • Used items are not eligible for refund
  • Items returned with proper authorization and RMA# are given priority processing over all refused, undeliverable, and unauthorized returns
  • In addition to restock fee returns without RMA # may be subject to $25 fee
  • If your order is returned without a clearly marked RMA# it will not receive priority processing
Please make sure your shipping address is correct, and notify Brands on Sale by phone or email if there are any shipping couriers that do not ship to your address.

Order Cancellation

We pride ourselves on same-day shipping. Our shipping process is highly automated and extremely fast. All orders are picked, packed, and loaded on trucks within minutes of your order being placed. Because of this it is virtually impossible to cancel an order once it is placed. You can set up an exchange with one of our customer service representatives if you require a different item than the one you ordered.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. Un-used and un-opened items from this list are not eligible for refund or exchange.
  • Costumes purchased during the month of October may not be returned after Halloween
  • All pool merchandise and pool accessories
  • Wigs
  • Make-up
  • Costume teeth
  • Blister packed items
  • Items with bag/packaging destroyed
  • Any item determined to have been used, worn, or altered
  • All special orders and over $250.00
  • All large quantity orders please contact us prior to ordering
