Return Instructions

Please read our return policy before mailing any package to Brands on Sale, Inc.

You can ship your return back in a few easy steps:

  1. Call our Returns Department to get a Return Merchandise Authorization Number
  2. Pack the items you want to return and your packing slip securely in the box provided.
  3. Write your Return Authorization code on the box
  4. Ship your return via USPS, UPS, or Fedex

All returns MUST have a Return Authorization number.

Unauthorized returns will be sent back to sender at their expense.
