  1. Is my item under warranty?

    Many of our items are covered under a factory warranty. We reserve the right to defer all damaged or defective items to the manufacturer when covered by warranty.

  2. Can I exchange my costume for another size?

    Of course! We want your costume to fit as much as you do. Just contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to setup an exchange for your unworn costume. Due to hygienic reasons, wigs, makeup, and certain other items cannot be returned.

  3. Can I exchange my order for another item?

    Yes, most items can be exchanged! Just contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to setup an exchange for your unused item.

  4. What is the fastest way to exchange my item?

    The fastest possible way for you to exchange an item is to place a new order on our website for the item you need. Once you have a new order in place, please call or email with both order numbers so that we can authorize the return of your original item and provide instructions.

  5. I received a defective and/or broken item. What should I do?

    We're so sorry that our shipping partner didn't get your order to you in one piece. Please contact us within two business days of receiving your order to return it for a replacement. All items covered by manufacturer warranty will be referred to manufacturer for replacement.

  6. I received the wrong item. What should I do?

    We apologize for the inconvenience. While we do check every order two times before it leaves our warehouse, mistakes do happen. Please contact us within two business days of receiving your order to return it for a replacement.

  7. Can I return my order for a refund?

    Yes, most items can be returned for a refund. Just contact us within 7 days of receiving your order(2 days for express and expedited orders) to setup your return. Please note, used items cannot be returned. All domestic orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All international (non USA) orders are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Non-returned items are ineligible for a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  8. How do I return my order?

    Contact us to receive a return authorization number for your order. All returns, whether for an exchange or refund, must be accompanied by a return authorization number. Please ensure your return is postmarked within 3 business days of contacting us.

  9. Can I return my order without talking to you?

    No. In order to be processed, returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number. Please contact us to get your authorization number.

  10. Are shipping charges refundable?

    No. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  11. My expedited order arrived late. Can I return it?

    If your order arrived late for your event due to our error, it may be returned for a full refund. All items must be unopened and unused. Please note, our delivery guarantee only applies to orders shipped using our Expedited or Express shipping methods. Contact us to receive a return authorization number. Please contact us within 48 hours of your missed deadline.

  12. What items are not returnable?

    Almost every one of our 10,000+ items are returnable, if they haven't been used, worn, or altered. Every returned item must be in re-sellable condition including all of the packaging. The following items cannot be returned due to hygienic or other reasons:

    • Halloween orders in the month of October are final sales
    • swimming pools and supplies
    • all hand-made costumes
    • pet costumes
    • ventless fuel
    • wigs
    • hats
    • makeup
    • costume teeth
    • tights/socks/undergarments
    • inflatable items including air mattresses
    • appliances
    • electric decorations
    • portable air conditioners
    • disposable helium tanks
    • any special order
    • any drop-shipped item
    • any opened blister-packed item

  13. I don't want my order. Can I just refuse to accept the shipment?

    No. To be eligible for a return you must contact us to receive an return authorization number. All domestic unauthorized returns, including refused or undeliverable shipments, are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please note, international orders that are refused or undeliverable are not eligible for a refund.

  14. What are the shipping charges for returning an order?

    You're welcome to shop for the best price when returning your order. Just know that we won't be able to process your return until we receive it.
