- Approved Credit card orders are usually shipped the same day as ordered when ordered by 1:00 PM Pacific Time
- If you have a specific delivery requirement, we advise that you contact us in order to learn if your requirements can be met
- In the event it appears that your order may be delayed, we may attempt to contact you Please be sure that you give correct contact information on your order to help us help you
- Please contact us before ordering if you believe there may be any problems with delivering your order via any shipping method to your address We advise submitting an address which US Postal Service (USPS), UPS and FedEx can all deliver to
- All orders are subject to credit card approval and review before shipping

We strongly advise that you read these important shipping notes:- Brands On Sale, Inc. reserves the right to use alternate shipping methods such as USPS, UPS, FedEx and others in order to meet shipping service level choices
- Ground shipment delivery times and transit times are not guaranteed by Brands On Sale, Inc
- Most shipments are delivered Monday through Friday however, sometimes they arrive on Saturday
- All damaged shipments MUST be reported to Brands On Sale, Inc immediately. Failure to do so in a reasonable amount of time as determined by Brands On Sale, Inc. may result in a refusal of damage claim with UPS which will be imposed upon the customer
