  1. When will my order ship?

    Orders placed before 2:00PM PST are usually shipped the same day. However, your order will take longer if credit card approval is delayed or denied.

  2. When will I receive my order?

    If you selected standard ground shipping, you should receive your order within 4-5 business days. Please allow additional time for shipments to PO Boxes and all international address including APO/FPO. Please contact us to receive a delivery estimate to your country.

  3. Can I expedite my shipping?

    Yes. The following shipping methods are available during checkout:

    • Standard (5-7 business days)
    • Expedited (2-3 business days)
    • Express (1-2 business days)
    • Please note international orders may take longer

  4. Can you deliver my order by a specific date?

    Our entire business is built around servicing events. Please contact us to guarantee that we can meet your deadline.

  5. Are shipping dates guaranteed?

    Shipment dates for expedited and express shipping levels are guaranteed.

  6. How much will it cost to ship my order?

    Shipping charges for your order depend on what you are ordering and where you live. Just enter your shipping details into the calculator in your shopping cart to see the total charges for your current order.

  7. Can I pickup my order?

    Yes, you're more than welcome to pickup your order instead of paying for shipping. Please contact us by phone to place your order. Please note: when paying with cash your total will be rounded up to the nearest dollar. Drop ship items are not available for will call.

  8. Do you ship to PO Boxes?

    Yes. Please note that shipping to a PO Box usually takes 1-2 days longer than to a physical address.

  9. Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

    Yes. We're honored to be able to bring a little fun to the lives of our heroes. Please plan on your order taking 2-5 days longer to reach you as it crosses the oceans.

  10. Do you ship outside of the United States?

    Yes. We've shipped costumes to customers in over 100 countries. Use the shipping calculator in the shopping cart to see if we currently deliver to your country. Please plan on your order taking 2-5 days longer to reach you as it crosses international borders. We are not responsible for delays that may occur due to customs inspection in your country.

  11. Who pays the added fees for international orders?

    You are solely responsible for all tariffs, VAT charges, customs fees, brokerage fees, etc relating to your order. Failure to do so may delay your order.

  12. Which carrier will you use to ship my order?

    Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Our software selects the best carrier for your specific order so that you always get the best shipping service available.

  13. Can I specify a shipping carrier for my order?

    Our custom shipping software decides what carrier to use at the time we ship your order. If you have had problems with a particular carrier in the past, please contact us to let us know.

  14. Do I have to sign for my order?

    We do not typically require a signature when we ship your package. However, there are times when a delivery driver may decide on his own to require a signature.
