Our remotely controlled or manually operated portable air conditioner with heater features a 12000 BTU cooling capacity with whisper-quiet operation can be used in your office or residence as an air conditioner, fan or dehumidifier, with a programmable 24-hour timer and automatic start/stop. Its 3-speed fan enhances cooling and fan performance and maximizes energy efficiency to improve air circulation in poorly ventilated environments up to 400 square feet. Built-in overflow and auto shut-off alarm for 3 liter dehumidifier. There is virtually no installation necessary to bring comfort to your office or room. There is a built in micro PC that runs all functions. Includes venting kit with 60 inch hose to prevent hot air from re-circulating to the cooled room.

Programmable 24-hour timer. This feature allows the unit to be programmed to start or stop automatically for a preset period of time. 2-speed fan enhances cooling and fan performance and maximizes energy efficiency to improve air circulation in poorly ventilated environments. Microcomputer PC for all the functions. Changeable filter can be removed from unit and washed in water.

Self-Evaporating Technology - during the cooling or heating process, water is extracted from the air into the unit. Most of this water is then recycled and used to cool the cooling coils and make it run more efficiently, cooling as well as energy. Continuous drainage highly recommended when using Heating mode.

Note: Exhaust hose installation required (all standard accessories included).
